Indian football team captain and legend, Sunil Chhetri, recently visited the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru which is a training hub for budding cricketers. Sunil Chhetri took part in a fielding competition and met with cricketers from North East and Plate Teams and talked about his journey in football.
The BCCI shared a clip of the skipper’s fielding practice session with the budding cricketers and wrote, “NCA’s Neighbour, Indian Football Captain, and Legend, @chetrisunil11 dropping by on Sunday evening.” Cricket’s apex body in the country further wrote that Chhetri had a delightful fielding competition as he shared some learning from his incredible journey in football with the boys from North East and Plate Teams.
