WHO IS NATHAN COULTER-NILE?
Nathan Coulter-Nile is an Australian all-rounder. He is an integral part of the Aussie side in the limited-overs format. The talented cricketer has not only excelled with the ball in hand but also with the bat.
He was a promising volleyball player in his youth days but his raw cricketing talent saw him become an Australia Under-19s representative before making his debut for Western Australia in late 2009.
He was called up to Australia’s Champions Trophy squad in 2013. He fought back from a shoulder dislocation in late 2015 to play in the 2016 T20 World Cup and came back from two back injuries to make the 2019 World Cup squad.

The cricketer is a resident of Perth, Western Australia. He lives in his hometown along with his family.

Nathan earned the Laurie Sawle Medal as Western Australia’s season player at the end of the 2012–13 season. In May 2013, Coulter-Nile was named in Australia’s 15-man squad for the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy. In April 2019, he was included in the Cricket World Cup in Australia’s squad.
In the Cricket World cup, he scored his maiden ODI half-century and made the highest score by a number 8 batsman in the World Cup in the group stage match against the West Indies.

The talented fast bowler is married to Shani Blay, who is a physiotherapist in Western Australia. The couple dated for a long time before tying the knot and Blay was often spotted in the stands for the bowler’s cricket matches.
The cricketer’s wife has continued to cheer him from the stadium during his matches after their marriage. Nathan and Blay were blessed with a baby girl after their marriage and the pair has named her Amelie Coulter- Nile.
