Gujarat Titans(GT) are set to face Royal Challengers Bangalore(RCB) in the 43rd match of the Indian Premier League(IPL) in the first clash of the doubleheader on Saturday, April 30 at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.

Gujarat Titans have had an incredible maiden season and they are at the top of the table. GT will be eyeing to carry on with the momentum and seal a top-two finish. Hardik Pandya-led side recently pulled off yet another close game and got back to the top of the points table with seven wins in eight games. They have found different match-winners in each of their wins and it has been an excellent campaign for the new franchise so far.
Royal Challengers Bangalore:
On the other hand, Royal Challengers Bangalore have had a shocker as a batting unit in the last two matches – 68 against Sunrisers Hyderabad and 115 against Rajasthan Royals – and will fall behind if they don’t start reconsider their options. The poor form of Virat Kohli hasn’t helped the Faf du Plessis’ side while Glenn Maxwell has shown signs of inconsistency. With five wins in nine games, RCB is at the fifth position in the points table at the moment.

The pitch hasn’t been bad for batting but in the last outing RCB were bundled out for just 68. GT have been stupendous in the last few games while RCB’s performances have been lackluster. It seems that GT, who have been consistent in the campaign, are likely to edge past RCB in the contest.
