In response RCB once again stuggled with the bat. Virat Kohli yet again failed to deliver it on the pitch as he departed after scoring just 9. His rough patch continues after enduring a couple of golden ducks in the last two matches. RCB suffered an early jolt in the chase of 145. Soon after, Kuldeep Sen dismissed Faf du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell. Rajat Patidar and Suyash Prabhudessai also failed to leave a mark and RCB went completely on the backfoot. Rajasthan Royals got the big breakthrough in the 13th over as Dinesh Karthik was sent back to the pavilion via a run-out
