Team India sealed the series 3-1 for a five-match T20I series and the 4th T20I is took place at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium, Lauderhill, Florida on Saturday, August 6.

West Indies had won the toss and elected to bowl against the Men in Blue. The toss was delayed due to bad weather. It was Rishabh Pant who played a swift knock of 44 off 31 balls as India went on to post a total of 191 for five against West Indies. Pant tried to pile pressure on Windies after Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav had given India a flying start.

Rohit Sharma scored 33 off 16 before being cleaned up by Akeal Hosein, while Suryakumar Yadav was trapped LBW by Alzarri Joseph for 24 off 14. Axar Patel played a quickfire knock of 20 off 8 balls as India went on to finish their innings on a high.

Meanwhile, chasing 192 runs, Windies struggled with the bat. Avesh Khan provided India with the early breakthrough with his twin strikes before Axar Patel and Ravi Bishnoi struck twice each. Arshdeep Singh then completed West Indies’ struggle with his superb three-wicket haul. The hosts were bundled for 132 runs after an impeccable bowling effort. It was a challenging day for the away batters on the two-paced Florida surface but they managed to clinch the series with the triumph.

The final game is set to take place on Sunday, August 7 at the same venue.
